Changing an Order

If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service . Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to place an entirely new order under a new order number, but purchaseperfume.com will make sure your add on order ships absolutely free. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to add to for free shipping accuracy.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping Offer: For orders with a purchase of $59 or greater, we offer free shipping. We do our best to ship the goods from our warehouse closest to your destination, but this is not always possible. We currently ship from California, Nevada, and New York. We do this to ensure a fast shipping experience. 

UPS Ground can take anywhere from 2-7 business days after we receive and process your order. We do guarantee same day shipment on web orders placed before 3pm EST. In the event an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you via e-mail. In the rare instance that this happens, we will provide expedited shipping of any order where the back order exceeds 3 business days from the order date. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which will have your tracking number.
